RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS:
Products sold by Art-Nest are made to order only, so any returns, cancellations, replacements of unused items are only accepted if this particular artist agrees to accept it.

In the circumstances, please, have your finger measured by a professional jeweller before placing an order. Do not forget to inform about ring’s width.
In case any of our clients received a faulty item we refund money or the item will be repaired/replaced. Diamonds and gemstones are not covered by this warranty.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Art-Nest does not reveal any personal details such as home address, e-mail or phone number.
We do not keep any data from credit or debit cards. The whole payment process is performed by HSBC online payment service.

PAYMENT SECURITY:

Our web site uses industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) technology to provide secure payment transactions. This facility is provided by HSBC, a leader in the provision of encrypted and safe transfer of credit, debit or charge card details.
A modern browser supporting 128 bit encryption (e.g. Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher) is required to use the HSBC payment system.

None of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of their card through shopping with us. If you are concerned, you can telephone us with your details to place an order.

When you have added an item to your basket, you will be given the opportunity to checkout or continue shopping. Selecting checkout will take you to the login page, where you may create an account or sign in if you have shopped with us before.

You will then be taken though the confirmation process, for delivery and billing confirmation and product confirmation. After you confirm your order, you will go to a secure HSBC server which will normally display a padlock logo at the bottom of your browser. You will also see that the http has changed to https in the address bar meaning your details will be sent securely in encrypted form. Select the payment card you wish to use and enter your payment card number and other details as requested.

When you place an order through the web site, you will automatically receive confirmation by email that the order has been received and a transaction confirmation email. We will also email you to confirm your order is being processed prior to dispatch and email you once it has been accepted for delivery.

Orders are subject to acceptance and normal authorisation procedures.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards: Solo, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard.

DELIVERY METHODS:
All bought items are delivered by Royal Mail (Special Delivery) or a courier.

DELIVERY SHEDULE:
All products shown at Art-Nest are made to order, so delivery time may vary. Approximate delivery time is indicated in product description. Art-Nest will be informed by artist when he finishes work on the item. As soon we receive the item we send it to the buyer.

DELIVERY COSTS:
The items offered by Art-Nest come from different artists, that is why one order can be sent in numerous parcels. However, will be counted as a single delivery Ł5.
